# NeuroDynamic LLM beta terms Version: 2026-09-11-llm-v1 NeuroDynamic is an independently operated experimental platform in Belfast, UK. LLM support: support@neurodynamic.tech. General website terms: https://neurodynamic.tech/terms . These terms add the LLM-specific conditions below and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. 1. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any person or organisation using the service. Agents must have authority from an eligible adult or organisation. You must have the rights needed to submit the input and use the result. By submitting the required acceptance fields you accept these terms and acknowledge third-party processing. 2. Requests are processed through NanoGPT and the model provider named in the catalogue. Their applicable terms and usage restrictions also govern your use. Read https://nano-gpt.com/legal/terms-of-service and https://abliteration.ai/terms-of-service before purchase. You must ensure your own downstream users meet these requirements. This service is independently operated and is not endorsed by those providers. 3. “Uncensored” or “abliterated” describes reduced-refusal model tuning. It does not mean that every request will be answered, that answers are accurate, or that prohibited use is permitted. Do not use the service for illegal or harmful activity, child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, impersonation or fraud, stalking or doxxing, serious violence or weapons, malicious cyber activity, infringement, or attempts to defeat access controls or overload services. Applicable sanctions and export restrictions apply. Known abuse can result in access suspension; reports go to support@neurodynamic.tech. Outputs are AI-generated and must not be falsely presented as human-authored. 4. The catalogue and free x402 quote state the model, price, network and limits before purchase. Introductory prices are fixed per successful request, not per token: 0.020 USDC for Abliterated Model and 0.035 USDC for Abliterated Model Large, on Base. The limit is 2000 UTF-8 input bytes and up to 512 output tokens. The answer may be shorter or stop at that token limit; a response marked finish_reason=length is a successfully delivered but truncated answer. Review generated material before using it. Do not rely on these experimental models for safety-critical or high-risk decisions. 5. We verify your payment authorisation before work and request settlement only after usable text is generated. Invalid input, failed verification or model failure does not trigger customer settlement. An uncertain settlement is investigated before another attempt. Upstream errors or outages may temporarily pause availability. There is no guaranteed service level. 6. Save the payment proof and exact request privately before sending. Never create another payment automatically following a timeout or uncertain response. An identical retry will not regenerate or charge the recorded proof again. The status endpoint can return the payment state and receipt. Because we retain no answer, a response lost after payment cannot be replayed. Contact support with the request ID or transaction hash to investigate and arrange a refund where appropriate or required by law. Do not send your key or reusable signature to support. 7. By submitting a paid request you ask us to begin processing immediately. Nothing here excludes statutory remedies, refunds or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The service is experimental; no guarantee is made of accuracy, originality or fitness for a particular purpose. 8. Our privacy commitment applies to prompt and output content on our servers, not to metadata or third-party servers. Read https://api.neurodynamic.tech/v1/llm/privacy . Do not send secrets or sensitive personal information. No model tools are executed, and no file uploads, images, browsing or arbitrary upstream URLs are supported. Seller legal identity/address arrangements remain under review; no registered-company status is claimed. Contact hello@neurodynamic.tech for general enquiries. This beta notice does not claim complete legal compliance or replace outstanding seller-disclosure work.
