# LLM privacy: what we keep and what we don't

NeuroDynamic is an independently operated experimental service based in Belfast, UK. Contact privacy@neurodynamic.tech. This notice applies to the LLM endpoints under /v1/llm/. Audio services have their own retention periods.

**Zero prompt and response retention on NeuroDynamic servers.** Your text and the generated answer are processed temporarily in memory to fulfil the request. We do not write them to our databases, logs, backups or output files, keep a conversation history, or use them for training. We do not sell prompt or response content. This is a content-retention commitment, not a promise that we hold no information about a request.

**Third parties process your text.** Requests pass through Cloudflare and NanoGPT to the selected model provider, currently Abliteration.ai. Their privacy, processing, retention, legal-disclosure and training policies apply separately. Our local commitment does not guarantee zero retention by these companies. Processing may occur outside the UK. Do not send passwords, private keys, confidential records or sensitive personal information. Review the linked policies before choosing this service.

**Metadata we retain:** payment status and receipts, transaction identifiers, keyed request fingerprints for duplicate detection, pseudonymous payer identifiers, selected model, token counts, costs, timestamps and latency. Request events are kept for up to 90 days. Payment records remain for accounting, duplicate-payment prevention and dispute handling while this service operates, subject to applicable legal obligations and periodic review. They do not contain your prompt or generated answer. USDC transactions are public blockchain records and cannot be erased by us. Coinbase/CDP facilitates payments under its own terms and policies.

We use this metadata to provide and account for the service, prevent duplicate charges, investigate abuse and monitor reliability. Operational and security processing is based on our legitimate interests; payment processing is necessary to perform the requested service and may also be required by law. We do not treat the processing acknowledgement in the request as consent to marketing or unrelated processing.

**Recovery limitation:** because we do not retain answers, we cannot resend one if delivery fails. A saved payment proof can retrieve payment status, without another charge. Contact support@neurodynamic.tech with the request ID or transaction hash for a failed delivery; do not send the prompt or a reusable payment signature to support.
